SLA and DBS co-organized a Discovery Workshop on 29 October 2019 at DBS Asia X, the bank’s innovation centre, for 24 key decision makers and operation leads of 17 logistics enterprises to uncover their problem statements and determine the relevant solutions to address their challenges. The workshop aimed to help companies digitalise key business operations and was designed to deliver actionable next steps to scale and remain competitive in this highly disrupted time. It allowed participants to understand available digital solutions curated for logistics players and also the in-depth solutions specific to companies’ pain points. The 3-hour hands-on, activity-based workshop was built around the Design Thinking process and the participants gave feedback that it generated purposeful solutions for their business needs.
