45th Annual General Meeting

More than 110 member-representatives, observers and staff attended the SLA 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 31 May 2019 at the Trade Association Hub. Mr Dave Ng – First Deputy Chairman presided the meeting and highlighted several accomplishments in Year 2018. General members present approved the minutes of the 44th AGM held on 11 May 2018, report of the Council and financial statements of the association for the year ended 31 December 2018. PKF-CAP LLP was reappointed as Auditor until the next AGM in 2020. Following the SLA 45th AGM, the Association organised a Get Together Session for members together with business associates and guests with a programme covering a series of presentations.
