Close to 50 participants attended a forum on 05 November 2019 jointly organized by SLA and a member, RSM Chio Lim LLP to understand the value and key valuation drivers in enhancing the value of their respective businesses. There was also sharing on tax issues to consider and pitfalls to avoid when contemplating a Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.
