The Intellectual Property Policy Division at the Ministry of Law (MLAW) oversees Singapore’s Intellectual Property regime, including copyright and trademarks. MLAW engaged SLA on 16 August 2019 to understand the industry’s experience with intellectual property border enforcement and gained insights on typical shipping and freight forwarding operations.
