Close to 100 participants attended Innovate Trade on 06 September 2019, jointly organized by SLA and GeTS Asia to find out how they can transform the way they manage their businesses to increase efficiency and transparency through digital technology. The event presented “hive” – Highly Interconnected & Vibrant e-Trade, an ASEAN digital trade facilitation platform that harness cross-border trade and comply with regulatory trade requirements. There was also a showcase of CALISTA, a global supply chain platform that brings together key physical, compliance and financial activities of cargo logistics on a digital eco-system. Participants also learnt how Blockchain technology could help protect and secure their trade documents and data.
