Enterprise Singapore in collaboration with Ministry of Trade & Industry and Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore, organised a dialogue session on 11 June 2019. Touching on Competition Policy and Law in Singapore, the session was also attended by representatives from STA, CDAS and SAAA@Singapore. The discussion centred on collaborations amongst enterprises to optimise resources without infringing the competition law. Another issue that was discussed at length concerned fair trading, with reference to the Standard Terms and Conditions of associations that set out standard terms for business transactions.
